It is with great sadness and disappointment that we announce that the September 2021 Diana Singing has been cancelled. The Board of Directors of The Diana Singing struggled mightily with this decision, the decision only being made after several hours of debate and discussion. From strictly an emotional perspective, the Board unanimously wanted the September singing to happen. The Board even postponed the decision a bit, hoping for an improvement in area virus and restriction’s reports. However, when surveying the recent and current increases in self or governmental restrictions among various group assemblies (schools, churches, outdoor concerts, etc) in our area resulting from surges in positive virus cases, the Board determined that having the Singing and going against the area restrictions would likely both put attendees at risk and shed bad light on the Singing and the Lord’s Church. We want neither.

It is understandable that some will disagree with this decision. From those, we ask for understanding and patience. Opinions and conversations related to this virus are many and emotional. Please be kind.
